Best algo for Delta Exchange India: eight tools, compared fairly
Delta Exchange India has its own bot, a strategy marketplace and a documented API, and five Indian platforms trade on it too. We compared all eight on what they run, what they cost and who they suit. Algoclear, one of them, wrote this page.

The short answer
The best algo for Delta Exchange depends on the job. For TradingView signals on perpetuals, Delta's free Trading Bot is enough. To copy a strategy, use its Algo Marketplace. To test an option strategy on past prices first, AlgoTest's sign-up includes 100 free test runs a month. Coders can self-host OpenAlgo. For option strategies that adjust, trail and stop by themselves on a trade-only key, Algoclear is built for Delta Exchange India alone: free to build, paid only to run.
Eight ways to automate on Delta Exchange India

| Delta Algo Marketplace | Copy a strategy; each shows its past results, drawdown and fee | As its author built it | A fee per trade, set by the strategy; no subscription |
| Delta API, Copilot and MCP server | Your own code; Copilot answers API questions; the MCP server lets an AI assistant trade | Yes, if you code them | Free; the MCP server is in beta |
| AlgoTest | Test on past prices, forward-test and trade live through your Delta account | Yes: Bitcoin and Ether | 100 free test runs a month on sign-up |
| Tradetron | No-code builder, Pine Script or signals, with tests on past prices and a strategy marketplace | Yes | Free plan for paper trading; live execution on Delta free |
| OpenAlgo | Open-source platform you host yourself, for your own code or TradingView | Yes: options, futures and perpetuals | Free and open source; you run the server |
| NextLevelBot | Sends TradingView, Chartink, Excel, Telegram or Amibroker signals to Delta | Whatever your signals send | Free paper trading; ₹999 for 30 days to trade live |
| Algoclear | Builds, paper-trades and runs option strategies, with automatic adjustments, stops and trailing | Yes: built for them | Free to explore and build; Pro ₹1,299 a month or ₹8,999 a year |
AlgoTest's paid plans did not load for us to check, so their prices are left out. Algoclear wrote this page and is one of the eight.

Before you connect any algo to Delta
- Create the API key with trading permission only, never withdrawal. Here is how.
- Whitelist the platform's IP addresses on the key, if it publishes them
- Run the strategy on paper, on live prices, before real money
- Set a daily loss limit and a lot ceiling that the tool enforces for you
- Ask what happens to an open trade if the tool loses its connection
- Give an AI assistant a read-only key unless you watch every order it sends
- Never share your password, or a key that can withdraw

Delta's own tools: free, and enough for simple jobs
Every tool on this page trades on Delta Exchange India, and Delta builds four of its own. The Trading Bot turns TradingView alerts into orders through a webhook. It is free and needs two-factor sign-in, and you need a TradingView Essential plan or higher to send webhooks. It trades perpetual futures only: Delta says option and dated-futures symbols will not trade on the webhook.
The Algo Marketplace lets you copy a strategy someone else built. Each one shows its past results, drawdown and fee, and you pay a percentage of each trade, such as 0.03% of notional, with no upfront subscription. You can set a trailing stop on a copied strategy, from 5% to 95%.
For coders, Delta's API is free and documented, with a testnet. API Copilot, an AI chatbot, answers questions about it, though it does not run or test your code. Delta's official MCP server, still in beta, lets an AI assistant such as Claude, or an editor such as Cursor or VS Code, read market data and your account, or place orders. Delta's own warning: a trading key can place real orders with no size cap and no confirmation step.
The Strategy Builder lets you create and analyse a basket order, several legs at once, before you place it yourself. It helps you build a trade; it does not run one for you.
AlgoTest and Tradetron: the no-code platforms
AlgoTest added crypto through Delta Exchange: you can test a strategy on past prices, forward-test it on paper, trade it live through your Delta account, or follow signals. Its free testing is a real win. Sign-up includes 100 test runs a month, so you can see how an option strategy did before you risk money, and its guide covers leg-wise stops, trailing stops and re-entries.
One limit to know: AlgoTest runs crypto algos only from 6:31 PM to 5:30 PM IST. It keeps the hour from 5:30 PM, when Delta settles its daily options, for maintenance, so nothing of yours trades then.
Tradetron builds strategies with no-code wizards, Pine Script or signals from elsewhere, tests them on past prices, and runs a marketplace of strategies you can copy. Its pricing page lists Delta Exchange among the brokers with free live execution, with no platform fee and no plan to choose, and its free plan covers paper trading. Both platforms also connect to Indian stockbrokers, which suits a trader who runs Nifty and Bitcoin side by side.
OpenAlgo and NextLevelBot: your own code and signals
OpenAlgo is free, open-source software, under the AGPL-3.0 licence, that you host yourself. It connects more than 35 brokers, and Delta Exchange is its only crypto plugin, with options, futures and perpetuals. It has a sandbox mode for testing, per-leg stops, targets and trailing, and a daily loss limit. You run and secure the server, and your code decides every trade.
NextLevelBot is a bridge. It places orders on Delta from TradingView, Chartink, Excel, Telegram or Amibroker signals, with no server of your own. Paper trading is free. Live trading needs a NextLevelBot plan, ₹999 for 30 days or ₹8,391.6 for a year on its site, and TradingView signals need a paid or trial TradingView account. It does exactly what your signals say, so the strategy and its risk are yours to build.
Algoclear: option strategies that manage themselves
Algoclear is built for Delta Exchange India alone. You build an options or futures strategy on the live chain, or describe one in a line to Algoclear AI, and the engine runs it on your own Delta account: entry, stop loss, target, stop-to-cost and trailing stops in rupees or per cent, enforced tick by tick.
Its edge is adjustments. Five triggers and six actions make 28 kinds, from hedging, shifting and rolling a leg to exiting it, re-centring or squaring off, applied automatically as the market moves. Daily loss caps, lot ceilings and square-off on demand keep you in charge, and Telegram alerts tell you what happened.
Your API key is created with trading permission only, without withdrawal rights, so Algoclear could not move your funds if it tried. Your money stays in your own Delta account.
Every tool, the strategy builder and the lessons are free. Pro, which paper-trades and runs strategies live, costs ₹1,299 for one month, ₹2,999 for three, ₹4,999 for six or ₹8,999 for twelve, paid once, with no auto-debit. Algoclear AI runs on credits, separate from Pro. See pricing.
Its limits are real. It covers Delta Exchange India only, for Bitcoin, Ether and gold. And it is young: our first live order went through on 3 September 2026.
How to choose
Start from the job, not the tool. Most traders need one of these, and several are free.
- TradingView signals on perpetuals: Delta's Trading Bot, free.
- A strategy someone else runs: Delta's Algo Marketplace, paid per trade.
- Evidence from past prices first: AlgoTest's free test runs.
- No-code building with a marketplace: Tradetron.
- Your own code: OpenAlgo or Delta's API, free but for your time.
- Option selling with the position managed while you are away, through adjustments, trailing stops and loss caps: Algoclear.
Whichever you pick, it trades on Delta Exchange India, which on 5 November 2026 published the largest crypto F&O volume of any rupee exchange in India.
Keep any algo on a short leash
The API key is the risk. Create it with trading permission only, never withdrawal, and whitelist the platform's IP addresses if it publishes them. Create a trade-only key in five minutes.
Paper-trade first, on live prices. Set a daily loss limit and a lot ceiling that the tool enforces, not one you plan to watch. And give an AI assistant a read-only key unless you check every order it sends: Delta's MCP server warns that a trading key has no size cap.
An algo does not change the odds. SEBI found 87.7% of individual traders in equity F&O lost money in FY26. Automation carries out a plan faster and without nerves; it cannot make a bad plan good. How to automate crypto options.
Who wrote this, and how we checked
Algoclear wrote this page, and Algoclear is one of the eight tools on it. We have tried to be fair: each rival's real strengths are here, and so are Algoclear's limits.
Every fact comes from the tool's own website or documentation, read on 5 November 2026 and listed under Sources. Where a price did not load for us to check, we left it out rather than guess. Algoclear also earns when you open a Delta account through its link; the disclosure on this page explains how.
Questions
Best algo platforms for Delta Exchange: your questions
What is the best algo for Delta Exchange?
It depends on the job. Delta's free Trading Bot handles TradingView signals on perpetuals, AlgoTest is strongest for testing on history, OpenAlgo suits coders, and Algoclear runs option strategies with automatic adjustments and trailing stops. Algoclear wrote this comparison.
Is Delta Exchange's Trading Bot free?
Yes. Delta says using the Trading Bot is free, and two-factor sign-in is required. You need a TradingView Essential plan or higher to send webhooks, and it trades perpetual futures only, not options or dated futures.
Can I test a Delta Exchange strategy on past prices?
Yes. AlgoTest tests crypto strategies on Delta's past Bitcoin and Ether prices, and sign-up includes 100 free test runs a month. Tradetron tests on past prices too, and each strategy on Delta's Algo Marketplace shows its own past results before you copy it.
Is it safe to give an algo platform my Delta API key?
Only a trade-only key. Create it without withdrawal rights and whitelist the platform's IP addresses, so the worst a platform can do is trade, not move money. Make a trade-only key.
Does Algoclear work with other exchanges or brokers?
No. Algoclear is built for Delta Exchange India alone, for Bitcoin, Ether and gold. If you also want Nifty automated through a stockbroker, AlgoTest, Tradetron and OpenAlgo connect to Indian brokers as well.
How much does Algoclear cost?
Exploring every tool, building strategies and the lessons are free. Pro, needed for paper and live trading, is ₹1,299 for a month or ₹8,999 for a year, paid once with no auto-debit. Algoclear AI runs on credits. See pricing.
Can an AI trade on Delta Exchange for me?
Delta's official MCP server, in beta, lets an AI assistant read data and place orders with your API key, and Delta warns a trading key has no size cap and no confirmation step. Algoclear AI instead drafts a strategy for you to review before anything trades.
Do I need to code to automate trading on Delta?
No. Delta's Trading Bot and Algo Marketplace, AlgoTest, Tradetron, NextLevelBot and Algoclear all work without code. OpenAlgo and Delta's API are for traders who write their own.
