Is paper trading the same as live trading?
It uses the same engine, the same live prices and the same fee schedule, so behaviour matches closely. The difference is that orders are simulated, so live fills can differ slightly, especially on thin strikes.
Is my money safe when I go live?
Your funds stay in your own Delta Exchange account. Algoclear uses a trade-only API key, which can place and close trades but cannot withdraw.
